 Hereinafter called as the DONOR, (Which expression shall unless repugnant to the context, mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators and assignees) of the first part

  Hereinafter called as the the DONEE (Which expression shall unless repugnant to the context, mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators and assignees) of the second part

WHEREAS the property Flat No B 401, Splendid County, Sathe Nagar, Mumbai described in futher details in the schedule hereunder, is owned and possessed by this donor.

AND WHEREAS the said property is the self-acquired property of the Donor purchased and acquired by him out of his own funds and mean from builder

AND WHEREAS the Donee is the sister of the Donor

AND WHEREAS the Donor bears nutural love and affection for the Donee;

AND WHEREAS out of such natural love and affection, the Donor has decided to make a Gift of such property unto the  Donee;

AND WHEREAS the Donee is ready and willing to accept the Gift of the said property, if made to him by the Donor;

NOW THIS DEED WITNESS AS FOLLOW;

  1.  That the Donor out of his love and affection hereby make a Gift of his property described in details in Schedule.

  2. That the Donee accepts this gift unconditionally.

  3. That the Donee shall register this property in his name.

  4. That the Donor has no encumbrances on property or any charge thereof.

  5. That the property described in schedule is not under any pending litigation , acquisitions or requisition proceedings.

  6. That all the taxes, municipality charges and any amount in process of transfer will be paid by the Donor.

  7. That the  stamp duty will be born out by Donor alone.

Mtr. on Fourth Floor of RCC Wingh B Building known as Splendid County area constructed upon the land bearing Survey No 287, Hissa No 2A+2B/2 situate withing local limits of Ghatkopar, Tal Mumbai, District Mumbai and within registration limits of the Sub-Registrar Mumbai Regd. District Mumbai.  Together with all such ownership, possession, title fixtures and fittings, common amenities and facilities, membership rights etc.

Legal History-Madras Settlement (1639-1726)

British established it's first factory in Surat. As they expanded they established factories in other town such as Madras, Calcutta and Bombay. Francis Day got piece of land from Hindu king for the East India Company in 1639. East India Company got a town named as "Madraspatanam". Legal History-Administration of Justice in Bombay (1668-1726)

Story About Bombay In 1534, Portuguese acquired Bombay from Local Hindu Raja. Then Bombay was given to King Charles II as dowry in his sister's marriage to in 1661. In 1668 Bombay was given to rent to East India Company for a rent of 10  £ . By today's exchange it would be around 100 Rs. So  yes, Bombay was given on rent to East India Company for the price of 10 Vada-Pav. Administration of Bombay was subordinate to Surat back then. After renting it, company issued a charter in 1668 granting company some rights to make laws to deal with Bombay. Like Administration in Madras, development of Earlier administration could be studied in 3 stages. First Stage: 1670-1683 (Aungier Eara) During this period Bombay was subordinated to Surat.
